Chicken in mayonnaise – quite simple dish in preparation also doesn't demand big expenses. At the same time the treat turns out very tasty and can be quite given to a holiday table. As a garnish mashed potatoes best of all approach it.
It is required to you
- 1 chickens or chicken fillet
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 2-3 garlic gloves
- salt
- black sprinkling pepper and other spices to taste
- 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instruction
1. Divide chicken into several parts, wash a baking plate with flowing water and dry by means of a napkin.
2. Make a knife cuts in the thickest parts of chicken that meat evenly became impregnated with seasonings.
3. Peel garlic gloves and wash. Grate them on a small grater or miss through a chesnokodavka.
4. Rub all surface, including the made cuts, with salt and mix of spices, then put all pieces in a bowl or a pan and cover with the wiped garlic and mayonnaise. Put ware with chicken in mayonnaise in the fridge and leave there for an hour.
5. After one hour grease a baking tray (frying pan) with vegetable oil, lay out on it the pieces of chicken covered with mayonnaise. Warm an oven to 150 °C and put in it a baking tray with chicken.
6. In 30 minutes increase fire in an oven to 180 °C. When chicken becomes covered by a ruddy crust, get a baking tray, divide meat into flank steaks and lay out at the edges of a garnished dish.
