In the present article on the basis of personal experience the procedure of preparation of domestic wine from apples of grades ""Ordinary Antonovka"" and ""Anisette"" is considered.

1. Originally, it is necessary to pick apples of sufficient ripeness, and it is desirable not damaged by wreckers or process of rotting. Optimum time of collecting apples grades ""Antonovka"" for production from them domestic wine is the middle of August - the middle of September, depending on weather conditions. Gathering apples of a grade ""Anisette"" is made several weeks later. On a 10-liter large bottle of wine it is necessary to collect at least 4-5 buckets of apples.

2. Then, collected apples need to be washed out, cut carefully in half (in case fruits too large, then and on a quarter), to put them in the prepared cups (pans, other ware) and to put near the juice extractor. Also in close proximity to the juice extractor it is necessary to place a large bottle in which apple juice, a spoon for froth skimming, a container for an apple pressing (remains), and apple juice will finally merge.

3. The following actions are direct preparations of apple juice, and its transfusion in a large bottle. It is desirable to merge juice through the gauze put several times. The large bottle has to be filled no more, than on 3/4 from its volume. In a 10-liter large bottle after filling with its apple juice, it is necessary to add 1 kilograms of sugar (is possible more), 300-400 grams of dirty raisin and to stir all its contents. After addition of all ingredients the cover with a tube which are necessary for successful fermentation of the prepared wine material is put on a large bottle.

4. The large bottle is put for several weeks to the warm room, then moves to more cool place (I fell, a balcony, etc.). Near a large bottle the bottle with water in which the large bottle tube has to be lowered is put.

5. We wait 2-3 months, we pull out a large bottle, we spill its contents on banks (bottles), or directly we use the turned-out domestic apple wine.
