It is required to you

  • 500 g of flour
    • 250 ml. waters
    • 1 bag of baking powder
    • 1 tsps of salt
    • vegetable oil for greasing of a frying pan

Instruction

1. Home-made flat cakes can be cooked from any products which will only appear near at hand. Here not to do you only without flour. A liquid role in them is played by ordinary water, but instead of it it is possible to take milk, kefir, curdled milk and even beer. If you take dairy drink, then baking powder for the test can quite be replaced with usual baking soda. Soda will react with acid and will give to the test necessary splendor.

2. Mix all ingredients except vegetable oil in a strong elastic dough, let's it lie down about 10 minutes to give the chance to gluten well to bulk up.

3. Separate a ball weighing about 100 g from the test, roll it with a thin layer, pin flat cake by means of a fork or any other adaptation.

4. Warm a frying pan, oil it, bake flat cakes from two parties within 1-2 minutes. Ready flat cakes turn out slightly dryish. Put them the hill on a plate. For taste it is possible to grease each of them with a desi.

5. It is the best of all to serve flat cakes hot.
