Halvah - surprisingly tasty delicacy, which familiarly much since the earliest childhood. It is possible to make halvah and in house conditions, knowing special recipes and small cunnings.

Peanut halvah.

To make halvah from peanut the following components will be necessary: one glass of sugar, one glass of water, two glasses of the fried peanut, one bag of vanillin and one and a half glasses of flour.

  • Small grind peanut by means of the food processor, the coffee grinder or miss several times via the meat grinder.·   fry flour in a frying pan before emergence of golden color.
  • Add peanut and carefully mix. •   Pour in a glass of oil and again mix before receiving homogeneous mass.·   pour sugar into a pan from aluminum, add a glass of water and bring to the boil. That sugar didn't burn, constantly stir slowly. •   Pour in the turned-out "sugar water" in mix which is in a frying pan.·cool. Divide the turned-out delicacy into portions by means of a plastic rake and be treated! Sunflower halvah. To make halvah from seeds of sunflower ingredients will be necessary: one and a half glasses of flour, a third of a glass of water, one glass of sugar, two glasses of seeds of sunflower, hundred fifty grams of sunflower oil.·   wash up seeds of sunflower and fry. Directly with a peel crush them few times by means of the meat grinder.·   prepare syrup: take a pan, pour in it in water and add a glass of sugar, bring to the boil. Remove the formed skin and you boil some more minutes.·   remove syrup from fire, add the made sunflower oil and   the turned-out weight carefully mix the crushed sunflower.· seeds and spread out on special molds.·   cool. Tasty halvah will be ready at once as will harden. Release it from molds and enjoy! Halvah with walnuts. For halvah from walnuts take: hundred grams of a desi, four hundred grams of milk, hundred fifty grams of walnuts the cleaned, two hundred grams of sugar and fifteen grams of corn starch, pounded cinnamon.·   pour into a pan two hundred grams milk with sugar, bring to the boil, and, stirring slowly, you boil several minutes.·   in the remained milk dissolve starch, in the ratio 1:5, add the turned-out mix to hot dairy syrup, mix. •   Cut in half the peeled walnuts, fry in a frying pan before emergence of uniform golden color.·   add fried nuts to a pan, carefully mix. •   Densely cover a pan and you cook about half an hour on slow fire.·   uncover, again mix and distribute the turned-out weight on molds.·   from above powder with cinnamon. It is possible to serve halvah with walnuts also hot. Except above-mentioned components, it is possible to add to halvah: peanut, filbert, honey, pistachios, sesame, cashew, butter, egg, vanillin and even hemp. Be not afraid to make experiments, cook halvah from different components and you will choose for yourself the best taste which will be to you on temper. Enjoy your meal!
