To make lemonade, squeeze out juice of two lemons, remove from them a dried peel, place it in a jug, add sugar, a little warm water, stir so far sugar won't be dissolved, add lemon juice and water (about 700-900 ml). You can use instead of usual water aerated, however consider that lemonade needs to infuse a couple of hours in the fridge that the taste and aroma of drink completely revealed, during this time sparkling water will manage to exhaust. If you don't want to wait, add to a jug several ice cubes before giving.

Lemonade can be cooked on the basis of any citrus, depending on your preferences. You can safely change proportions if you prefer sourer or sweet drinks. Instead of usual sugar you can use a sugar syrup. If desired it is possible to use the flavored syrups which can be bought in many shops. They will give to ready drink an interesting flavoring shade, besides can work as additional dye.

To make taste of lemonade it is more interesting, it is possible to add mint or ginger to it. It is desirable to cut and pound mint small with sugar, the root of ginger needs just to be cut with thin circles. For its preparation it is better to use the blender. The small cucumber, juice of two lemons, a dried peel, sugar to taste and several leaves of a basil will be necessary for you (the quantity depends on that, how strongly you love its taste and aroma). If you have a blender, shake up in it the skinless cucumber, a basil, a dried peel and sugar. Pour the received weight in a jug, add lemon juice and water, such lemonade is at once ready-to-serve. If you have no blender, cucumbers and a basil need to be cut, added most small to them other ingredients and to allow to infuse. Such lemonade after 10-12 hours spent in the fridge will be most tasty.
