How to make roast chicken with vegetables in Chinese

This dish is fried on strong fire. Thanks to it it is preparing very quickly, keeping vitamins B vegetables.

It is required to you

  • 300 g of chicken fillet
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 big bulb
  • 1 carrots
  • 2 cm of ginger
  • 2 cm of a root of leek
  • 1 dry pod of paprika
  • 1 tsps of potato starch
  • 3 tablespoons of a light soy-bean sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of cook wine (white wine is possible)
  • salt, spices

Instruction

1. Cut chicken fillet small strips, put in a bowl. Add to it a soy-bean sauce, cook wine and starch. At will it is possible to add the favourite spices. Mix and leave to be pickled for 10 minutes.

2. We cut vegetables. Carrots - strips approximately on 0.5 cm. Paprika lengthways - strips about 1 cm. Ginger - strips 0, 5 cm. Onions - rings. Leek - rings. It is simple to crumble dry paprika.

3. In a wok to pour any cooking oil that it covered a bottom. If there is no wok, it is possible to use a usual deep frying pan. Warm a frying pan. Lower paprika, leek and ginger. Fry several seconds, stirring slowly with a scapula.

4. Make strong fire and add chicken. Fry at constant stirring about 3 min. before emergence of a ruddy crust.

5. Add carrots and onions. Fry constantly stirring slowly with about 3 min.

6. Add paprika. Prepare at constant stirring of 3-4 more min. Salt, mix, remove from a plate.
