- - 2 average zucchinis

- - 1 paprika
- - it is a little olives or olives
- - two anchovies
- - capers (to taste)
- - fresh basil
- - 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- - green onions

- For sauce:
- - 100 g fat-free natural yoghourt

Instruction
1. We wash squash, we dry up a napkin and we cut lengthways narrow strips. We salt and give to stand about 10 minutes.
2. Paprika, olives, anchovies, capers and a basil is small cut. We merge liquid from a tuna, we knead it a fork and we mix with the cut vegetables. We add cream cheese and again we mix. The stuffing is ready.
3. Zucchini is blotted with a paper towel and we fry on a grill. We allow to cool down.
4. We clean, we wash and we dry up green onions. It is necessary to us for an obvyazyvaniye of rolls. We put zucchini on a flat plate and we spread a stuffing a teaspoon. We turn in the form of a roll and we tie with a feather of green onions.
5. We do sauce. We mix yogurt, the squeezed-out garlic, pepper, salt. We give together with rolls.
