Instruction
1. Clean potatoes and boil in the added some salt water. If potatoes of the different size got to you, cut large root crops on several parts. Drain water from the cooked potato. For several minutes leave a pan with an open cover to allow potatoes to dry. Add to a pan with hot potatoes a little desi. Break one crude egg there. Pour in potato in a little milk or cream. It is possible to replace them with sour cream of any fat content. Shake up potatoes with all additives by means of the mixer or the blender. Before giving on a table strew puree with fresh fennel.
2. Clean and boil potatoes. Before cooking add garlic glove, a bulb and the whole carrots to a pan. Several minutes prior to the end of cooking add some salt to water in which potatoes cook. Drain water from potato, take out a bulb from a pan. It is possible to leave garlic and carrots. Wipe the cooked potatoes through a sieve or knead it a masher. Add a little desi to potato. Shaking up puree the mixer, pour in hot milk. Add several spoons of sour cream to puree. Carefully shake up everything. Before giving on a table strew puree with a grated cheese.
3. Put the peeled potatoes in a pan, fill in it with water. Add a half of a teaspoon of salt to water, put a pan on fire and bring to the boil. Lower fire and you cook potato under leaky covered cover until ready. Drain water. Put a pan with the cooked potatoes on small fire and let's potato dry, periodically stirring up a pan. Warm up on small fire mix from cream and sour cream. Mash potato, add to it a desi and a ground lemon dried peel. Shaking up puree a wooden spoon, enter into it mix from cream and sour cream. Salt puree if it is necessary. Give on a table hot.
