How to make universal sauce with mustard, honey and apple cider vinegar

Even the most tasty meat or fish dishes demand sometimes a small amount of sweet-sour sauce with mustard notes. It is possible to prepare it literally in several minutes in house conditions. By the way, this sauce is ideal for many salads.

It is required to you

  • Ingredients on one dish (we increase them in proportion for each additional portion):
  • - 6 spoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 spoons of vinegar (apple or grape);
  • - on a half of a tea spoon of honey and mustard (it is possible to use Dijon);
  • - several branches of an oregano;
  • - salt and black pepper;
  • - a tea spoon of small cut onions.

Instruction

1. In a big bowl in which will conveniently mix ingredients a nimbus we pour in olive oil.

2. We add grape vinegar (it is possible to replace it wine).

3. We pour in mustard – it is possible to use Dijon or any other to taste.

4. We spread honey in a bowl.

5. We pound an oregano that sauce accepted a maximum of its aroma in hands, we add to a bowl. We mix ingredients.

6. We salt and pepper sauce to taste. We add onions.

7. Sauce is ready! It is possible to store it 2-3 days in the fridge, but it is no more!
