- - 1, 5 glasses of kefir
- - 0.5 glasses of linen flour
- - 0.5 teaspoons of soda
- - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- - 1 tablespoon of purified olive oil
- - 1 tablespoon of refined sunflower oil
- - salt to taste
- - 1 egg
1. Pour out kefir in a deep cup, add egg. Carefully shake up. Sift wheat flour and add it to kefir. Well shake up a nimbus. Sift linen flour, add it to mix and also well mix.
