 How to order dietary rolls – several councils:

  • The amount of the ordered rolls shouldn't exceed 3-4 pieces. It is desirable to choose the rolls rolled in brown rice – they improve digestion at the expense of the food fibers which are contained in them and have beneficial influence on a cardiovascular system.

  • Take no more than one roll with avocado. To avocado it is very useful to a cardiovascular system, but you shouldn't be fond of it as it is the most high-calorie fruit.
