Young tinned corn

For this dish it will be required to you absolutely young, still unripe ears - they differ in a delicate flavor and pleasantly crunch in the teeth. The ears are larger, the big container for them is required. Very small copies can be pickled in banks of 0.5 liters.

It is required to you:

- 1 kg of young corn; - 1 l of water; - 1 glass of 6% of vinegar; - 2 tablespoons of sugar; - 4 buds of a carnation; - 3 bay leaves; - 1 stick of cinnamon; - 2 h spoon of salt; - 0.5 glasses of vegetable oil.

Clean ears from covers and sort by the size. Then carefully wash out corn. In a pan mix water with vinegar, add salt, sugar, cinnamon and a carnation. Bring mix to the boil, lay out ears in a pan and you cook 10-15 minutes - cabbage stumps have to become soft. Shift corn in marinade in glass or ceramic ware and leave for the night in the cool place, having closed a cover. Next day merge marinade in a pan, bring to the boil, lay out in it corn and you cook 5 minutes. Cast away corn on a colander, cool. Lay out ears vertically in previously sterilized banks and fill in them with a cold marinade. Put bay leaves in banks, from above fill in everyone with the calcinated vegetable oil and close covers. You store canned food in the cool place.

According to this recipe it is possible to pickle also other vegetables - peas, onions, a cauliflower.

Corn with paprika

Marinated thus corn will be ready already next day. Give it as snack or a garnish for fried meat and sausages. It is required to you: - 8 mealies; - 1 liter of water; - 0.75 l of wine vinegar; - 1 tablespoon of salt; - 3 tablespoons of sugar; - 2 chili peppers; - 1 bulb; - 1 branch of a celery. Clean ears, wash out and cut rings. Lay out corn in a pan with the boiling water and you cook to softness. Cast away vegetables on a colander and cool. Chop onions rings, clean pepper from seeds and small cut. Put corn, pepper and onions in carefully washed out banks, add the crushed celery greens.

It is possible to preserve not only the cut ears, but also vylushchenny grains. It isn't obligatory to boil them before a bookmark in banks.

Make marinade. In a pan mix water and vinegar, add salt and sugar. Bring mix to the boil and you cook until sugar completely is dissolved. Let's marinade cool down, and then fill in with it the prepared vegetables. Cover banks with covers and let's them stand at the room temperature of 2 hours. Then remove tanks in the fridge. Next day corn will be ready.
