How to pickle grapes

Grapes – very unusual and sweet berries. They can just be eaten, it is possible to make extraordinary tasty wine, or to make grape jam. Every time grapes appears on a table in a different view and with pleasure is eaten. As it turned out, except already all familiar ways of preparation of grapes, it still can and be pickled. As a result all winter it is possible to regale on sweet grape berries.

It is required to you

  • on one liter of water:
    • vinegar of 100 g,
    • 300 g of fine granulated sugar,
    • salt teaspoon,
    • 3-5 bunches of grapes (the quantity of brushes depends on their size)

Instruction

1. Select large bunches of grapes. Berries have to be big and not rumpled. Each berry needs to be separated from a branch and to wash out carefully in slightly warm water. Put the washed-out berries in a bowl and let's them dry out a little.

2. Prepare banks of the necessary size. It is the most convenient to use 3-liter jars, but if you don't need a lot of grapes, then also smaller will approach, for example, liter or half liter. That banks were are completely ready to pickling them it is necessary to wash out, wipe and put carefully to be sterilized. And only after that to put in them grapes.

3. Make marinade. For this purpose in water dissolve sugar, add salt, vinegar and put to be boiled. If desired it is possible even to add cinnamon or a little carnation. Then a little unusual taste will turn out. After marinade begins to boil to it it is necessary to allow to stand and to cool down about 5-10 minutes a little, and then fill in earlier prepared banks with grapes.

4. It is possible to close banks usual rigid covers from polyethylene. Such covers are on sale in any shop and demand preprocessing boiled water. Or the bank can roll up a tin cover. After roll-in, banks with the pickled grapes have to be in the dark cool place.
