Stuffing for pies from cabbage and eggs

The cabbage stuffing prepared according to this recipe has pleasant white color and excellent taste. The following components will be necessary for its preparation:

- 3 kg of cabbage;

- 3 large bulbs;

- 5 boiled eggs;

- 100 g of a desi;

- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;

- sugar pinch;

- salt to taste;

- sprinkling pepper to taste;

- bunch of fresh fennel;

- bunch of green onions.

Chop cabbage thin straws 2-3 cm long, cut onions with thin half rings. In a deep stewpan warm vegetable oil, put in it onions, strew it with granulated sugar, slightly you prisolit and you extinguish on small fire to transparency.

- 350 g of cabbage;

- 2 small bulbs;

- 250 g of champignons;

- 2 average carrots;

- 500 g of cabbage;

- 300 g of chicken fillet;

- 2 average bulbs;

- salt to taste;

- vegetable oil;

- sprinkling pepper to taste.
