1. Well wash out cabbage, shift in a colander and let's water flow down. Divide a cauliflower into equal inflorescences and lay in deep ware for the microwave oven. Salt cabbage and water with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. You can add a little water, the is fresher cabbage, the more juice contains in it, and the it is necessary to fill in with a smaller amount of water.

2. Cover a plate with cabbage and prepare in the microwave oven within 10-15 minutes at full capacity. If there is a lot of cabbage, then, therefore, increase preparation time of a dish.
