Summer day year feeds. This popular wisdom is relevant to this day. Having worked in the summer and having prepared berries, vegetables and fruit, in the winter without effort it is possible to feed family tasty, it is useful and it is various. What to prepare from a frozen berries?

It is required to you

  • Cherry pie:
  • - 1 yolk;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 100 g of a desi;
  • - 2 glasses of flour;
  • - dried peel of 1 orange;
  • - 2 tablespoons of starch;
  • - 50 g of icing sugar;
  • - 2 tablespoons of water;
  • - 500 g of the frozen pitted cherries.
  • Berry yogurt:
  • - 150 g of a frozen berries;
  • - 75-100 g of yogurt;
  • - 0.5 tsps of honey;
  • - 2-3 tablespoons of corn flakes.
  • Berry compote:
  • - 500 g of a frozen berries;
  • - 3 l of water;
  • - sugar to taste.

Instruction

1. Cherry pie. Pound flour with oil to homogeneous mass. Add to it orange gratings, a yolk, sugar and water. Properly mix everything.

2. Powder a table with flour, mash on it dough a little and roll it in a sphere. Inwrap dough in food wrap and put in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

3. Roll a half of the test in layer, lay out it on the baking tray oiled vegetable, or laid by paper for pastries.

4. Evenly spread out cherry according to the test, without defreezing it.

5. Mix starch and icing sugar. Through a strainer sift mix on cherry. Sugar will give to a stuffing necessary sweet, and starch won't allow to spread to cherry juice.

6. Roll the second half of the test. Cover with it berries and to a zashchipayta pie, previously having moistened edges of the lower layer with water.

7. Grease a pie surface with a frothed eggs and bake it in an oven before emergence of a golden crust at a temperature of 200 wasps about 30-35 minutes.

8. Cool ready pie and cut it on portion pieces.

9. Berry yogurt. Defreeze berries at the room temperature or on the lower shelf of the fridge. Mash them a fork or crush by means of the blender. Put the prepared berries in an ice-cream bowl.

10. Mix yogurt with honey, water with it berries.

11. Strew berry yogurt with corn flakes. The gentle and tasty dessert is ready.

12. Compote from a frozen berries. Put berries in a pan, without defreezing them. It is possible to cook compote both from mix of berries, and from berries of one look. Add cold water so that it didn't reach to the brim pans on 3-4 cm.

13. Bring pan contents to the boil, reduce fire. Compote shouldn't boil strongly.

14. Poslastite compote to taste. If berry very sweet, add citric acid on a knife tip.

15. You cook compote of 10-15 minutes depending on the size of berries. Ready compote can be used as in cold, and hot.
