  • One carcass of a hare, water, milk, onions, carrots, salt, pepper, favourite spices, sour cream, parsley, fennel, vegetable oil, frying pan, stewpan or pan.

Instruction

1. A carcass of a hare which was already drawn to put in a big pan, to fill in completely with pure cold water. Leave for the whole day. Several times to change the darkened water for clean. Meat will become light.

2. Cut a hare on portion pieces, fill in with cold milk. Soak within one-two hours. There is no smell now!

3. Warm a frying pan. Pour vegetable oil. On strong fire to fry each piece of meat to a golden crust.

5. Clean and cut carrots with pieces, four-five pieces of the average size.
