It is required to you

  • tilapia fillet - 3 pieces;
    • potatoes - 6-7 pieces;
    • tomatoes of-2 pieces;
    • onion - 2 heads;
    • cream - 100 g;
    • desi - 20 g;
    • mayonnaise - 100 g;
    • any hard cheese - 100 g;
    • salt and spices at will.

Instruction

1. Wash out potatoes under flowing water, peel and boil to full readiness.

2. Add cream and oil to boiled potatoes, shake up the mixer or the blender so that airy mashed potatoes turned out.

3. Peel onions and cut it rings or half rings.

4. Also cut tilapia fillet on pieces, any size.

5. Scald tomatoes boiled water, previously having made an incision them from above cross-wise. Peel and small cut.

6. Grate cheese.

7. Take a baking tray, slightly oil it and spread on it layers: - a half of onions - mashed potatoes - the second half of onions - a small fish - a half of mayonnaise - tomatoes - the remained half of mayonnaise - a grated cheese

8. Put in the oven which is in advance warmed up up to 200 degrees. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees about 40-45 minutes.
