It is required to you

  • 300 g of chicken giblets;
    • 1 large bulb;
    • 150 g of cheese;
    • 3 boiled eggs;
    • 1 crude egg;
    • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
    • 1 glass of sour cream;
    • 5 packs of creamy margarine;
    • salt
    • pepper;
    • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Instruction

1. Well wash out chicken giblets (heart, stomachs, a liver) and small cut.

2. Clean and small cut onions.

3. Grate cheese on a small grater.

4. Crush boiled eggs.

5. In a frying pan kindle margarine. Fry the crushed chicken giblets with onions to semi-readiness. Salt and pepper to taste.

6. Add the cut eggs, 2 tablespoons of a grated cheese, tomato sauce, sour cream on a frying pan. Well mix everything. Bring a dish to the boil, reduce fire, you extinguish 15 minutes.

7. Shake up crude egg with mayonnaise before receiving homogeneous mass.

8. Grease with margarine a form for roasting, lay out in it stewed chicken giblets, fill in with mix of egg and mayonnaise, strew with a grated cheese. Bake chicken giblets in an oven before formation of a ruddy crust.
