How to prepare ribs in an oven

Ribs are pork, beef or mutton, baked in an oven, - very tasty dish. Prepare them differently: previously boil in the broth sated with spices, fry or bake crude. We, perhaps, will use the second way – we will fry and only then we will bake pork ribs in an oven.

It is required to you

  • Pork meat brisket with ribs – 1.5 kg,
    • Ground black pepper
    • Spices – a coriander
    • nutmeg
    • mustard seeds,
    • Soy-bean sauce – 3 tablespoons,
    • Honey – 3 tablespoons,
    • Vegetable oil,
    • Prepared mustard – 2 teaspoons.

Instruction

1. Cut brisket on pieces that in everyone there was a rib, put them in a bowl, salt and pepper. Seeds of mustard and a coriander pound in a mortar, nutmeg, a quarter, rub on a small grater. Pour out spices in meat, mix. Close a bowl a cover, leave ribs to be pickled for about 3 - 4 hours at the room temperature.

2. Warm a frying pan, pour out oil and on the heated oil fry ribs. Don't spread them in a frying pan everything, fry in several stages.

3. Make sauce, for this purpose mix honey, a soy-bean sauce and a prepared mustard. Cover with the received mix each rib and lay out them on a baking tray or on a lattice.

4. Warm an oven to 200 wasps, put in it a baking tray or a lattice. If you use a lattice, then put a baking tray down, having covered it with a piece of a foil that juice from meat flew down in it. In 15 minutes turn ribs. After that bake 10 more minutes. Switch off an oven, let's meat stand even minutes 5 and display on plates.
