How to prepare pots with meat and potato

It is required to you

  • 1 kg of meat (beef
    • mutton
    • pork);
    • 1 kg of potatoes;
    • 3 bulbs;
    • 2 carrots;
    • 3 garlic gloves;
    • 300 g of the fresh or frozen mushrooms;
    • 250 g of sour cream;
    • salt and pepper to taste;
    • seasonings for meat;
    • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
    • fresh greens;
    • bay leaf.

Instruction

1. Wash out meat under flowing water and dry a paper towel. Cut on small pieces. Put a frying pan on fire. Pour 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. In the heated oil accurately lay out pieces of meat and add some seasoning. Fry meat on strong fire before formation of a crust. Then set aside a frying pan aside.

2. Wash out potatoes tubers in water and clean a peel. Cut potatoes on large pieces. Lay out in a small bowl and mix with salt. Clean bulbs from a peel and cut rings. Cut carrots lengthways on 4 parts, then cut each part on pieces no more than 2 in centimeter in length. Peel garlic from a peel and small chop a knife. 3. Clean mushrooms and cut thin strips. If you use the frozen mushrooms, then previously boil them in the boiling water within 5 minutes. Put a frying pan on fire and pour 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Lay out the cut mushrooms and fry on strong fire within 5 minutes.

Add to each pot on the 3rd tablespoons of sour cream. From above lay out the crushed greens, garlic, add one bay leaf and a black sprinkling pepper. Fill in all ingredients with boiled hot water so that it completely covered all products.

5. Close pots covers and put in the warmed oven on a lattice. Cook a dish at a temperature of 170 degrees within 60 minutes. Then disconnect an oven and leave pots for 15 minutes. Serve the dish hot directly in pots. Enjoy your meal.
