Meat of a squid is a dietary product. Dishes from it turn out tasty and useful.

It is required to you 

  • 500 гр. squids, 
  • 1 articles of kernels of walnuts, 
  • 2-3 segments of garlic, 
  • 1 bunch of fennel, 
  • 1 bunch of parsley, 
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, 
  • 1 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce, 
  • 1/2 limes, 
  • 20-30 ml. olive oil, 
  • spicery to taste. 

To rinse carcasses of squids with water, to remove plenochka and to boil in the added some salt water within 2-3 minutes. Take out from the boiling water and drench with cold water, then cut straws of the average size. 

Fry nuts in a dry frying pan till slightly golden color, then crush. Peel garlic and to chop small. Wash greens with cold water, dry and to cut small. 

We take a salad bowl and we put in it the squids cut by straws, the crushed walnuts, garlic, greens, everything is well mixed. We do gas station in separate ware from 1/2 limes we squeeze out juice, we add a soy-bean sauce, granulated sugar and olive oil everything it is carefully mixed and we fill with the received sauce squids.
