It is required to you

  • - 1 bulb,
  • - 1 carrots,
  • - 1 garlic glove,
  • - 20 grams of vegetable oil (it is slightly more than 1 tablespoon),
  • - 20 grams of tomato paste (it is slightly more than 1 tablespoon),
  • - salt to taste,
  • - 3 peas of pepper,
  • - 1 laurel leaflet,
  • - greens for giving to taste.

Instruction

1. Put 500 grams of chicken stomachs in a bowl and fill in with cold water and leave for an hour. In an hour drain water, remove a yellow thin skin from stomachs, cut off fat, clean from motes. Wash out chicken stomachs and cut on several parts (small leave whole).

2. Clean a bulb, cut half rings. Peel carrots and cut straws. Cut the peeled garlic glove on two parts.

3. Pour vegetable oil in the multicooker, put the Frying mode. After oil is warmed up, put in it carrots, onions and garlic, fry eight minutes, periodically stir slowly. Put chicken stomachs in vegetables, fry eight more minutes.

4. In eight minutes after frying of chicken stomachs add to a multicooker bowl tomato paste, pepper peas, a laurel leaflet, salt to taste, pour in 100 ml of water.
