  • - bitter chocolate;
  • - crust of fresh bread;
  • - sugar;
  • - icing sugar with cinnamon;
  • - chocolate cover;
  • - milk;
  • - cream;
  • - sour cream.
  • For sauce:
  • - broth or warm boiled water;
  • - desi;
  • - salt, black sprinkling pepper;
  • - parsley, thyme, sage or rosemary.

Instruction

1. Pour at once milk in other pan if it when boiling burned. Put it in a basin with cold water. Add a little salt and stir. You can cover still the container with milk with the wet towel wipes moistened in weak solution of vinegar and which are wrung out. So you will get rid also of a smell of burning.

2. If you use fat home-made milk, then try to part it with cold boiled water. The rancid taste will significantly decrease.

3. Filter milk several times through a clean gauze, rinsing it after each filtering. The smack will disappear.

4. Separate the burned part scaldedof cream. Pour the remained cream in other ware and add to it a little lemon zest or orange. It is possible to add to it a little kindled bitter chocolate which "will improve" and will hide burned smack.

5. Cast away the burned rice in other capacity. Put a fresh crust of bread there and cover. Approximately in 20-30 minutes the unpleasant taste and a smell will be gone.

6. Remove the burned layer from the cooled-down pie or a biscuit. Scratch out it a knife or by means of a grater. Disguise burned taste a chocolate cover or icing sugar with addition of cinnamon.

12. Get rid of burned smack at vegetables. Add cream, sour cream or sugar.
