- 70-80 grams of salt;

- 50 ml of vodka of any brand.

1. For salting it is necessary to choose medium-sized cucumbers with pimples, about one size. They need to be washed out and scalded well boiled water in a bowl, then at once to drain and fill in hot water cold.

2. Cucumbers need to be laid in clean, sterilized in an oven to bank. Previously on a bottom banks to put fennel umbrellas. It is necessary to stack cucumbers for salting layers: at first a layer of cucumbers, and afterwards a layer from leaves of cherry, horse-radish and currant.
