The mushroom sauce can be prepared both from fresh, and from dry or marinated mushrooms. It is required to you

  • Mushrooms dry – 50 g
    • or fresh – 200 g
    • Onion
    • small – 1 piece
    • Wheat flour – 3 tablespoons
    • Cream of 20% - 1 glass
    • Desi – 30 g
    • Nutmeg
    • Salt
    • ground black pepper

Instruction

1. If mushrooms dry, wet them boiled water for 3-4 hours and then boil in too water on slow fire about half an hour.
