1. It is possible to sterilize the jars in a pan with hot water. An important point - when laying the banks shouldn't touch pan walls. After the done work the pan needs to be put on fire, after boiling of water to reckon sterilization. It is necessary to boil salads in small banks (from 0.5 l to 1 l) no more than 15 minutes (it is better not to use banks, big on volumes, both it is more difficult to work with them, and it is necessary to process them much longer). It should be noted that at sterilization of fried salads it is necessary to add about 200 grams of salt to water in which there are banks, it will allow to increase a water boiling point a little.

2. It is possible to sterilize the jars with salads and in an oven. For this purpose it is enough to cover preparations with the sterilized covers, to place them in an oven and to turn on the device, having adjusted temperature in 100-110 degrees. It is necessary to keep banks up to 1 liter in an oven no more than 10 minutes, however time should be counted since that moment as there will be a full heating of the device (on average it occurs in 7-10 minutes, however some modern ovens heat up much quicker than the specified time, it is better to be guided on an indicator lamp). On the expiration of time of preparation it is necessary to get accurately, having used special kitchen mittens and to roll up covers.

3. In the microwave oven it is also possible to sterilize preparations, the only thing what it is required to pay attention to - in the device it is impossible to put covers together with banks (it is better to boil them separately). So, banks with salads need to be placed in the furnace and to turn on ""microwave"" at full capacity as soon as contents of cans begin to seethe, power needs to be reduced to a minimum. 2-3 minutes of preparation later it is possible to get and roll up them covers. After ""turning"" of a pickles, marinades and other need to be turned up a bottom, to wrap up and leave before full cooling, similar manipulations will positively affect safety of products further.
