In a frying pan where toasts were preparing, having added still some vegetable oil, put 300 g of the washed and cut champignons (chanterelles, saffron milk caps, a shiitaka or other), to taste salt. When stirring roast mushrooms until ready, one couple of minutes prior to the end of frying add 2 heads of grated garlic and pour a half of a glass of cut greens of parsley (basil, cilantro).

Mix toasts, mushrooms, a half-glass of grated parmesan, leaves from one head of cabbage of the Roman salad.
