It is required to you:

  • 150 g of champignons
  • 1 head of red onions
  • 2 garlic segments 
  • bank of tinned haricot
  • 100 g of squash
  • 150 g of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • salt to taste

Wash out champignons, dry a little and randomly crush them a knife. Peel garlic and onions: cut the last in cubes, and the second - thin plates. Cut a squash in cubes, and just tear spinach hands on average pieces. 

Warm a frying pan with oil, fry on it garlic and onions to a condition of softness. It is better to do it on fire of average power. Add champignons and prepare, stirring slowly. A minute later, send a squash to a frying pan and you extinguish 5 more minutes. At this stage it is possible to put the favourite spices, for example, a sprinkling pepper. 

Pour water into a pan and place in it vegetable subfrying. Let's future soup begin to boil. After that add tinned haricot, it is desirable to use red, but not white. Add bay leaf for aromatization of a dish. You cook 5-7 more minutes, then add spinach, take on fire a minute more. Serve this soup to a table, having strewed it with fresh greens. 

Meatless onions soup with potatoes

Try to cook French onions soup. It is the fragrant, nourishing, warming soup which will give forces to an organism. 

It is required to you:

  • 3 average bulbs
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 600 g of potatoes
  • 1 l of water
  • salt in taste
  • fresh greens

Cut a bulb half rings and their spasseruyta in a pan on vegetable oil to transparency. Those who don't observe a post can make it on a desi. Fill in onions with cold water and bring it to the boil, salt. 

Cut potatoes on thin slices up to 2 mm thick. Add them to the boiling soup, you cook 10 minutes. An onions potato soup give hot, having powdered it with chopped greens, for example, parsley.

Fast borsch: simple recipe

This fragrant borsch will brighten up fast days. He prepares simply, and it turns out very nourishing. 

It is required to you:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 300 g of cabbage
  • garlic clove
  • 3 l of water
  • 2 beets
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 paprika
  • 100 g of tomato paste
  • salt, sugar and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Cut potatoes on cubes, and chop cabbage straws or grate. Small cut carrots and onions. Exempt pepper from a fruit stem with seeds, cut vegetable in cubes or straws. Chop greens. 

Make fried vegetables from onions, beets, carrots. For this purpose overroast them in vegetable oil, constantly stirring slowly. Add tomato paste. 

Boil water in a pan, salt and throw into it the cut potatoes. 10 minutes later throw the chopped cabbage and you cook within five minutes.

Put fried vegetables in borsch and you cook five more minutes. Add pepper, garlic and greens. After switching off of fire cover a pan and let's borsch some time stand. It will allow to become a dish even more saturated and fragrant.
