Linguini is a kind of the Italian paste, she reminds usual spaghetti, only more flattened form. At the expense of bacon of linguini will turn out nourishing, and mollusks will add to an originality dish.
It is required to you
- For four portions:
- - 32 pieces of mollusks;
- - 350 g of paste of linguini;
- - 230 g of bacon;
- - 1/2 glasses of chopped parsley;
- - 1/4 glasses of lemon juice;
- - 6 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tablespoons of garlic;
- - 2 h spoon of paprika in flakes.
Instruction
1. Cut bacon with thin slices, fry in a frying pan with a heavy bottom to a crisp, lay out on a paper towel a skimmer.
2. Pour 2 tablespoons of water in the same frying pan, lay out small mollusks, bring to the boil, cover with a cover, prepare on average fire of 10 minutes, periodically stirring slowly. Mollusks in width shouldn't be more than 4 cm. Those mollusks which after 10 minutes of heat treatment didn't reveal you can pull out and throw out.
3. Boil water for pasta, boil them. Cook linguini 1 minute smaller, than it is specified on packing from them. Prepare in salty water.
4. In a clean frying pan warm olive oil, throw the crushed garlic, paprika, fry 3 minutes. In the end pour in lemon juice.
5. Linguini mix with crunchy bacon, the crushed fresh parsley, add oil with pepper and garlic. Lay out mollusks, give at once.
