Rich dried fruits pie

Magnificent pie from yeast dough which melts in the mouth. It can be baked with different fruit stuffings. The option with prunes and dried apricots is very relevant in winter time and in the early spring when few fresh fruit.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 2.5-3 glasses of flour,
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar,
  • - 2 eggs,
  • - 2 tablespoons of a desi,
  • - 1 glass of milk,
  • - 1 tsps of salt,
  • - 30 g of a compressed yeast.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 50-70 g of dried apricots,
  • - 50-70 g of a pitted dried prune,
  • - 2-3 tablespoons of potato starch,
  • - 1 glass of sugar,
  • - icing sugar.

Instruction

1. Part yeast in warm milk, pour sugar, salt and to mix. Then to hammer eggs, again to mix, pour flour. Knead rather sloping dough, at the end to add the kindled desi. Cover dough with a towel and put in heat for 3 hours.

2. To wash out dried apricots and prunes, to pass separately via the meat grinder. Add 1-1.5 tablespoons of starch and on 0.5 glasses of sugar to dried apricots and prunes, to mix. Divide dough into 8 parts, roll balls and make of them small pies with a stuffing. Then to lay them in the oiled form a seam down, connecting with each other so that stuffings alternated and round pie turned out.

3. Leave in heat for about 15 minutes. Bake in the warmed oven of 25 min. at 200 degrees. Strew the cooled-down pie with icing sugar.
