"Shell macaroni products" in creamy sauce

Pasta, mushrooms, pepper, onions – and all this in creamy sauce. The dish can be strewed with grated parmesan and to give with fresh bread, the sliced tomatoes and leaves of a basil.

It is required to you

  • - 300 g of pasta (shell);
  • - 500 g of mushrooms;
  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - 1 head of onions;
  • - 1 red and 1 green pepper (to scrape seeds and to slice thin);
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - 50 g of flour;
  • - 900 ml of milk;
  • - 2 tablespoons of small cut parsley greens.

Instruction

1. Make pasta (shell macaroni products) in a big pan with the boiling added some salt water. Drain water, wash out pasta in cold water, they from it won't stick together when cooling. Clean and cut mushrooms on thin slices.

2. Heat oil in a small frying pan, fry on it mushrooms until they become soft. Shift a skimmer to a plate.
