- - 150 g of a ramson (wild garlic)
- - Parmesan cheese
- - 50 g of pine nuts
- - olive oil
- - lemon juice
- - table salt
- - 300 g of pasta

- - 1 yellow pepper
- - 200 ml of a natural yoghourt or yogurt mayonnaise
- - black sprinkling pepper
- - 100 g of ham
- - sugar
- - 1 stalk of green onions
- - 200 g of cherry tomatoes
Instruction
1. A Parmesan cheese, branches of a ramson and pine nuts which are slightly dried in a dry frying pan carefully crush in the blender. Add a little olive oil and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients before receiving mix of dense consistence. Traditional Italian pesto sauce is ready.
2. Boil pasta in the added some salt water to semi-readiness. Merge liquid and mix products with a small amount of olive oil.
3. Cut cherry tomatoes on several parts, crush onions, a paprika chop thin strips. In one bowl connect pasta and mixed vegetables. Mix all ingredients, having added 100 g of a grated cheese or mozzarella.
4. Mix yogurt and pesto sauce with a small amount of salt, a black sprinkling pepper and lemon juice. Fill with the turned-out mix salad and decorate a dish with branches of fresh greens.
