I very much like preparations in the form of mixes and mix. Peppers with apples - my recent opening, for the first time I tried to make this preparation last year. And as relatives approved taste, now included this рецептик in the obligatory program.
It is required to you
- On 4 kg of a paprika:
- - 1 kg of green apples,
- - 2 tsps of cinnamon,
- - 2 garlic gloves.
- For marinade:
- - on 1 l of water - 2 tablespoons of sugar,
- - 1 tablespoons of salt,
- - 300 ml of vinegar (6%),
- - 1 tsps of ground cinnamon.
Instruction
1. Wash, peel pepper from fruit stems, cut in half, scrape seeds. Blanch peppers within 2-3 min., cast away on a colander and leave to be cooled. Wash, cut apples on four segments, remove fruit stems and a core, to blanch with addition of cinnamon within 2-3 min., then to cool.
2. In the sterilized dry can lay layers pepper and apples.
3. Make marinade: boil water, dissolve in it salt and sugar, then to pour cinnamon, to pour in vinegar and to remove from fire. Fill in a warm marinade in banks with pepper and apples and to pasteurize at a temperature of 90 °C. Pasteurization time: for cans with a capacity of 0.5 l - 20 min., with a capacity of 1 l - 25 min. Then banks to roll up, turn upside down, to wrap up and leave to be cooled. Keep in a cool place.
