It is absolutely simple to diversify the New Year's menu. For this purpose it is enough to take advice of culinary specialists and to make salads which will strike with unusual taste both members of household, and guests.
Waiting for a year of the Fiery Monkey any hostess has to remember that not to do without fresh vegetables and fruit therefore New Year's salads for New 2016 have to be with addition of such products.
The recipe of one of such salads is rather simple, as well as its name:
Five salad
"Five" - because for preparation will be required only five ingredients. And it turns out always on "five" because the unusual taste of this New Year's salad can't spoil anything at all.
For preparation it will be required:
- beef liver – 0.5 kg;
- paprika – 3 pieces;
- a hard cheese – 250 гр.;
- a bulb red – 2 pieces;
- mayonnaise – 150 гр.
For preparation of New Year's Five salad it is better to take red paprika, but it is important only for color of salad.
Preparation steps
Soak a liver in warm milk about an hour and roast on a small amount of oil until ready. Cool and cut on bars. It is possible to salt and put a little in deep capacity.
Clean and cut onions with half rings. To bring down bitterness, it is optional to fry it, it is possible just to place in a colander and to drench with boiled water. To add some salt and add a little to a liver.
Cut paprika on four parts, to wash out carefully, exempting a core from grains. Cut thin bars and put in capacity.
If we grate a hard cheese, then in salad it will be lost. Therefore it is necessary to cut it the same as pepper and a liver – bars.
When hashing all ingredients with mayonnaise it is necessary to be accurate – bars have to remain whole therefore it is better to use silicone rakes or forks.
