Instruction

1. We pour out flour in ware, we add eggs, sugar, salt there and we mix.

2. Gradually we begin to add liquid ingredients - kefir and water, well we mix that it wasn't formed lumps.

3. We add soda, we mix.

4. We pour in vegetable oil, we mix.

5. We allow to stand to pancake dough of 15-20 minutes.

6. We heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. After the frying pan well got warm, we remove surplus of oil a tissue, so that in a frying pan there was only a thin oil layer.

7. We pour dough a thin layer on a frying pan, quickly distributing it on all surface.

8. We bake until the surface of pancake doesn't dry up.

9. Carefully a rake we separate edges of pancake from a frying pan, and then completely we overturn it and we fry the second party.

10. Thus we bake all pancakes, through each 2-3 pancakes wiping a frying pan with the tissue moistened with a small amount of vegetable oil.
