It is required to you

  • - 150 g of a desi;
  • - The 150th sugar;
  • - 300 g of flour;
  • - 1 tablespoons of baking powder;
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 tsps of vanillin;
  • - 3 tablespoons of currant;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 250 g of cottage cheese.

Instruction

1. At first knead the kindled oil with sugar and baking powder. Oil has to be scattered into small pieces. Gradually implicate flour and mash dough. It has to turn out elastic, for this purpose you will need to apply a small amount of physical efforts.

2. Then carefully shake up eggs, add to them sugar, cottage cheese and vanillin. It is better to use the blender, than a usual fork that the stuffing was uniform and without lumps.

3. Oil a form vegetable, cover a bottom with a half of the made dough, after that lay out a cottage cheese stuffing. Accurately cover cottage cheese with leftover dough and strew with fresh berry.

4. Put in an oven by 200 degrees, bake about 30-35 minutes and pie is ready.
