Pork liver deservedly takes a place of honor on our table. It is rather inexpensive, but contains many useful substances among which there is a copper, zinc, calcium, folic acid. It is simply irreplaceable for people with the lowered hemoglobin.

Liver fritters

It will be required:

- pork liver – 0.5 kg;

- egg – 1 piece;

- carrots (average) – 1 piece;

- bulb of-1 piece;

 - mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon;

- salt, pepper;

- flour.

- sunflower oil.

We cut a liver small pieces or straws, a diced carrot or we grate. We divide a bulb into 4 parts and everyone we cut straws (kind of a quarter of a ringlet). We warm oil in a frying pan, we spread in it a liver. When from it juice is emitted, we add carrots and onions, we salt, we pepper. In about 5-7 minutes we fill up flour and accurately we mix everything, we add paste, mayonnaise and water, once again we mix and we leave to be extinguished for 10-20 minutes.

- egg – 1 piece;

- potato starch of 2-3 tablespoons;

- sparkling mineral water – 1 article;

- salt (it is better small, the Extra type);

- sunflower oil

This dish is cooked pretty fast and doesn't demand special expenses. We cut a liver on pieces 1 cm thick, we put in a bowl and we leave in the fridge for 4-6 hours (it is possible for the night), then we throw back on a colander and we allow water to flow down. At this time we shake up a fork egg, having slightly added some salt. We fill starch on a leaf of A4 and too we add some salt. We dip pieces of a liver in egg and at once we roll in starch, we put in the frying pan warmed with oil. We fry 3-4 minutes and we overturn. It is possible to cover with a cover, then the liver will be softer.

Chops from a liver

It will be required:

- a liver - 0.5 kg;

- salt of 0.5 tsps;

- egg – 1 piece;

- flour – 3-4 tablespoons;

- sunflower oil.

We cut a liver on pieces 1 cm thick and we beat off on both sides. We shake up egg in a bowl with a salt pinch. We dip pieces of a liver in egg and at once we roll in flour, we put in the frying pan warmed with oil. If on to cover a frying pan, the liver will turn out with a crisp.
