  • - fennel bunch;
  • - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise;

Instruction

1. Wash out potato. Wash very thoroughly with use of a brush. The peel has to be very clean. Cut each potato on 4 parts.

2. Put the prepared potato in a bowl. Pour in oil, mix. Add universal seasoning for potato or a grill. Again mix.

3. Lay the sheet of parchment on a baking tray.

4. Lay out from above potato a peel down. Put a baking tray in an oven. Prepare 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

5. Make garlic sauce. For this purpose crush fennel. Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise, add the crushed garlic, mix.

6. Crush green onions. If you don't love basilicas, you can not strew with it potato.

7. At once strew ready hot potato with onions and a basil. Lay out on a dish, water with garlic sauce or give it separately in a sauce-boat.
