If you cooked a nourishing meat soup or broth for lunch, on the second it is worth serving, for example, a potato patties. Add them with tasty mushroom sauce - it will give to gentle cutlets flavoring nuances.

It is required to you

  • - 700 g of potatoes;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - 100 g of mushrooms;
  • - 1 tablespoon of flour;
  • - 2 bulbs;
  • - 0.5 glasses of sour cream;
  • - salt.


1. In the added some salt water boil prepeeled potatoes. Drain water, dry potato and carefully knead a metal masher. Cool puree a little and add to it crude eggs. Carefully knead weight to total homogeneity.

2. Create small balls from puree and roll in them in flour. That potato didn't stick to hands, previously dip palms into flour. Create from cutlet balls. By the size they have to be slightly more meat. Well roll in cutlets in flour.

3. In a deep frying pan warm vegetable oil. Fry a potato patties before formation of a ruddy crust. Put finished products on a plate and remove in heat.

4. Make mushroom sauce. Any mushrooms will be suitable for it: champignons or oyster mushrooms, both fresh, and dried or frozen. Wet dry mushrooms before the use for 2-3 hours, then cast away on a colander. Lay out mushrooms in a pan, fill in with water and you cook to softness - on it about 20 minutes will leave.

5. In a frying pan warm a spoon of a desi and brown in it flour till light brown color. Small cut onions and fry it in a separate frying pan to softness. Dilute fried flour with hot water to a condition of gruel and pound that there were no lumps. Take the cooked mushrooms from a pan, add flour gruel to the remained broth and well mix - sauce will turn out.

6. Small cut boiled mushrooms, mix them with fried onions and add to sauce. Put a pan on a plate and you cook sauce of 7-10 more minutes. Before removing mix from fire, add sour cream, fresh ground black pepper and salt to taste. Pour mushroom sauce in a sauce-boat.

7. Serve a potato patties with mushroom sauce hot, having spread out on portion plates and having sauced. Every portion it is possible to decorate with branches of fresh parsley.
