  • 9% vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
  • bay leaf — 1 piece;
  • water — 1 l.

Boil water and lower in it pepper. Blanch vegetables within five minutes, then take out them and immediately lower in cold water for 2 minutes.

  • salt - 1 tablespoon;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • 9% vinegar - 1 tablespoon.

Prepare pepper of the small size, scrape them seeds and wash out. Prepare a stuffing. Cut onions small pieces. Fry it in a small amount of vegetable oil till golden color. Small chop greens of parsley and smeshayy with the fried onions. Salt everything and fill with vegetable forcemeat pepper.
