For preparation of chicken soup with home-made noodles it is necessary to cook chicken broth first of all. After broth is ready, it is necessary to take necessary amount of liquid and to add to it salt to taste, however at the same time it is necessary not to forget that it is very easy to put too much salt in chicken broth therefore with salt it is necessary to be accurater. Now it is necessary to throw noodles in water and to cook it for 10 minutes. If at preparation of noodles only eggs without water addition were used, ready noodles will never boil soft. It is possible to add pieces of chicken and small cut greens to ready soup.
