Thanks to an elekrovafelnitsa it is possible to prepare tasty and fragrant wafers easily and quickly. They are used as cake layers for cake or turned in tubules which move to a table with various stuffings: boiled condensed milk, oil, scalded or proteinaceous cream, fruit forcemeat or nut meat.

Recipe of cream stuffings

It is possible to fill a wafer rolls oil, proteinaceous or custard. Each of them is capable to give to a dessert special, taste, aroma and color (if to enter various additives and food colors into creams).

To make oil on milkand eggs cream, it is necessary to take the following components: - 1 glass of granulated sugar;

- 2 eggs; - ½ thin glasses of milk; - 200 g of a desi.

First of all, well pound granulated sugar with eggs. Warm up milk to a warm state and gradually, on a tablespoon, add it to sugar and egg mix, constantly stirring slowly. Then put the turned-out uniform mix on silent fire and, without ceasing to disturb, bring mix to the boil then remove from fire and cool to room temperature. While mix is cooled, begin to shake up a soft desi. Without stopping shaking up, in the small portions add styvshy mix to oil. When homogeneous mass turns out, it is possible to add aromatic substances. Perfectly custard will be suitable as a stuffing for a wafer rolls. For its preparation it is required: - 2 glasses of milk; - 1 glass of granulated sugar; - 2-3 eggs; - 2 tablespoons of flour; - vanillin; - 50 g of a desi.

Custard is recommended to be cooked in the enameled pan with a heavy bottom.

Pour in milk in the enameled pan and put on silent fire. While milk is heated, pound in an egg bowl with granulated sugar to uniformity. Then put flour in the turned-out weight and properly stir everything that there were no lumps. Then reduce fire to a minimum, and begin to pour in the small portions in hot milk in the prepared weight, carefully stirring. When connect weighing 2/3 milks, pour bowl contents in a pan with the remained milk. That flour was ready without lumps, and cream didn't burn, don't stop to disturb, and don't increase fire. Recipe of a nut stuffing

Wafer rolls can be filled not only with cream, but also fruit or nut fillings. For preparation of a stuffing from nuts it will be required: - 1 ½ glass of kernels of walnuts; - 1 glass of granulated sugar; - ¼ glasses of honey; - ¼ tsps of ground cinnamon or cardamom. Miss the peeled walnuts via the meat grinder. Then add granulated sugar, cinnamon or pounded cardamom and honey. Carefully mix everything before receiving homogeneous mass with which then fill a ready wafer rolls. The nut stuffing can be prepared according to other recipe. For it it is required: - 1 glass of kernels of walnuts; - 2/3 glasses of granulated sugar; - vanillin.

Vanillin if desired can be replaced with cinnamon or pounded cardamom.

Peel walnuts, choose kernels and pound them in a mortar. Then mix them with granulated sugar and slightly redden in a dry frying pan. Then add to nut and sugar mix vanillin on a tip of a knife and a little water that viscous weight turned out. Put the made nut meat on ready, still warm, wafers and curtail them into tubules.
