This Italian dish surely will be pleasant to all fans of seafood. Baked tomatoes are ideally combined with the fried shrimps, squids and scallops.

It is required to you

  • - 150 g of squids
  • - 250 g of tomatoes
  • - 100 g of scallops
  • - 150 g of tiger shrimps
  • - 5 garlic gloves
  • - thyme
  • - salt
  • - black sprinkling pepper
  • - olive oil
  • - basil

Instruction

1. Cut tomatoes on several parts, salt, pepper and lay out in the form for roasting which is previously oiled by olive. In several minutes until ready strew preparation with the crushed garlic and a thyme.

2. Scallops, shrimps and squids cut small pieces. At the request of a shrimp it is possible to leave whole. Mix seafood with the crushed garlic and a thyme. Fry all ingredients on olive oil.

3. Lay out the baked tomatoes on a plate, nearby place the fried seafood. Before giving on a table fill a dish with olive oil or balsam vinegar. It is possible to decorate seafood with tomatoes branches of mint or thin slices of a lemon.
