Semolina fritters

Habitual fritters can be made, using not flour, and semolina. Such fritters especially will be pleasant to children who are capricious at the sight of usual semolina porridge. And these fritters surely will be pleasant to them.

Ingredients:

  • Semolina – 200 g;
  • Egg – 2 pieces;
  • Milk – 200 ml;
  • Carrots – 1 piece;
  • Vegetable oil – ½ glasses;
  • Yeast - 10 g;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

  • Warm milk and part in I am mute yeast and a little sugar. To mix everything and to allow yeast to stand a little that began to ferment. Break eggs and having added to them salt and sugar, it is good to shake up. Add a frothed eggs to the begun to ferment yeast and it is good to mix.
  • Wash out carrots from pollution and clean. Grate the prepared carrots with a small cell. Add polished carrots to egg and barmy mix. Then slowly to pour semolina and to knead to uniform consistence. After that in dough to pour in vegetable oil and once again it is good to mix everything. Leave dough for half an hour that rose and semolina inflated a little.
  • On a plate to heat a frying pan and to pour a little oil that the frying pan wasn't dry before frying the first party fritter. Moisten a tablespoon in cold water and scoop dough. Lay out dough on the warmed frying pan, thanks to the spoon moistened in water it is good lags behind it.
  • Fry fritters on average fire, reddening from each party. Instead of carrots it is possible to add for example a polished squash or pumpkin. And it is possible to mix all vegetables in equal proportions.
