Simple chicken pie and mushrooms

We got used that pie is quite difficult dish which preparation takes a lot of time. But this wonderful pie is cooked all for half an hour and at the same time it turns out very tasty and nourishing.

It is required to you

  • - 4 chicken breasts (fillet);
  • - 150 g of champignons;
  • - 1 layer of ready puff pastry;
  • - 100 g of sour cream;
  • - 300 ml of chicken broth;
  • - 6-7 onions;
  • - 20 g of a desi;
  • - 1-2 pieces of bay leaf;
  • - 1/2 h spoon of nutmeg;
  • - 1 h mustard spoon;
  • - 1 h flour spoon;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - vegetable oil, thyme, salt, pepper.

Instruction

1. Cut fillet on strips, their thickness has to be about 1 cm. Lay out fillet in the warmed frying pan in which vegetable oil (about 2 tablespoons) is poured. Add salt, pepper, butter, nutmeg, a thyme and cut cooking of green onions. Mix and fry on big fire about 3 minutes.

2. Cut mushrooms with thin slices and add to chicken. Also put sour cream, flour, mustard in a frying pan and pour out chicken broth. Well mix everything and leave on small fire for 3-4 minutes. Excess liquid has to be evaporated.

3. After that lay out all ingredients in a small form for roasting (better if it is squared).

4. Roll layer of puff pastry so that it turned out by the size a little more than the sizes of a form for roasting. Cover with the test from above a stuffing of pie, press edges of the test to a form a little. Slightly cut dough on diagonal, but it isn't necessary to cut it through.

5. That the crust of pie turned out ruddy, grease dough with egg and send to the warmed oven. As the stuffing of pie is already ready, it is necessary only to wait when dough is reddened. At a temperature in an oven of 220 degrees it will take no more than 5-10 minutes.
