Spaghetti with meat sauce home-style

It is required to you

  • - spaghetti of 800 g;
  • - mincemeat of 750 g;
  • - olive oil 2 tablespoons;
  • - onion of 2 pieces;
  • - garlic 4 segments;
  • - tomatoes of 700 g;
  • - tomato paste of 170 g;
  • - bay leaf of 2 pieces;
  • - cube of beef cook water;
  • - basil dried 1 tablespoon;
  • - oregano dried 1/2 tablespoons;
  • - soy-bean sauce 1/2 tablespoons;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - parsley chopped 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Peel onions and garlic and small chop. Wash up tomatoes, dry, cut in cubes.

2. In a frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry on it mincemeat till golden color. Then salt forcemeat, fill in with boiled water, cover and you extinguish within 1 hour on slow fire.

3. In a separate frying pan warm the remained olive oil and fry on it onions with garlic. Onions have to become transparent. Then add to them tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaf and a cube. Fill in with a small amount of water. Add basilicas, an oregano, salt, pepper and a soy-bean sauce. You extinguish about 3 minutes. Then pour sauce to ready meat. You weary on slow fire within 2 minutes.

4. Boil spaghetti according to the instruction on packing. Then mix them with mincemeat. From above decorate with parsley.
