Sweet dessert: plums in wine syrup

There are sweet dishes which begin to bother quickly through a short period. However there are many other recipes for desserts which constantly strike with the originality and absolutely unusual taste.

One of such unusual desserts are plums in wine syrup, their preparation requires the following set of components:  

- the water filtered;  

- dry white wine (1/2 glasses);  

- nectarines (1/2 kg);

 - granulated sugar (1/2 glasses);

 - plum ripe (420 g);  

- carnation dry (4 pieces);  

- orange dried peel;  

- ginger root (2 circles).

Wash out carefully ripe plum, separate very accurately all stones by means of very sharp knife, at the same time it is necessary to try not to touch pulp which needs to be cut then very thin and accurate segments. Mix in a big pan white dry wine, an orange dried peel, the granulated sugar, a ginger root cut by circles, add a half of a glass of the filtered water and buds of a carnation.

After that to bring all contents of a pan to the boiling state, further to reduce strongly fire and to continue syrup cooking within 10 minutes. To put the plums cut by segments in just prepared, hot wine syrup, to continue to cook a dessert within 5 minutes.  

Switch off a ring, further to leave a baking plate a plum cover in wine syrup until they completely don't cool down. As soon as the dessert in wine syrup cools down completely, it should be shifted to storage in glass jars, to close carefully a cover and to rearrange to some cool place.

Plums in wine syrup on a table can be given as a festive dessert in a beautiful deep vase from transparent glass. It is possible at the request of such to decorate a tasty and unusual dessert and segments of nectarines and also the cut fresh ginger.
