Toasts with mushrooms on a grill

The cepes fried on a grill, – an unusual component of toasts with cheese. Crunchy toasts with fried mushrooms and cheese – favourite sandwiches in Bavaria. The dish is perfectly combined with cauliflower salads.

It is required to you

  • - 80 ml. olive oil;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 10 cepes;
  • - 90 g of cheese;
  • - The 10th toast;
  • - 3 branches of parsley.

Instruction

1. We cook sauce for mushrooms. Carefully we stir the davleny salted garlic with a black pepper and olive oil.

2. We wash out and clean cepes. We cut all mushrooms on beautiful halves.

3. Accurately we rub with mix from garlic and olive oil our halves of cepes. We leave them for about 15 minutes to become impregnated with sauce.

4. We spread halves of mushrooms on well warmed gridiron and we fry thoroughly. When mushrooms are reddened on the one hand, we overturn on another and by means of a spoon we grease fried mushrooms with the remained garlic sauce a little.

5. We cook the 10th toast from white loaf. On everyone hot to a toast from white loaf we strew the cheese which is in advance grated on a large grater.

6. Over cheese we spread two halves of a mushroom "jack". It is necessary to do it quickly that the melted cheese stuck together sandwich.

7. On a table we give the toasts decorated with parsley branches.
