- On 3 one-liter jars:
- - 1.2 kg of cucumbers;
- - 800 g tomato;
- - 6 garlic gloves;
- - fennel;
- - black allspice peas;
- - 3 bay leaves;
- - 1 tablespoon of salt.
1. Prepare one-liter jars. To wash carefully with hot water with soda addition. Then to sterilize on a water bath. Drench kapron covers with boiled water.
2. We prepare cucumbers: Wash a baking plate with flowing water, cut off tips, grate for the Korean carrots. Touch, wash out fennel to crush and add to grated cucumbers.
3. Peel garlic from a peel and cut thin plates. Add garlic, bell pepper, salt to cucumbers. Leave for 10 minutes. Wash out tomatoes under flowing water.
4. We put the prepared vegetables in banks. We put bay leaf, grated cucumbers, tomatoes on a bottom.
5. Close banks kapron covers and put to the cool place for three days. Fermentation process will begin. Vegetables will begin to be fermented. In three days cups should be put in a cold spot.
